Four Media Acquires Assets of Digital Sound and Picture

Four Media Co., Burbank, has acquired the assets of Los Angeles-based Digital Sound and Picture for $7.2 million in cash. The company provides sound mixing and editing services to the entertainment industry. Its credits include the television series “Xena: The Warrior Princess” and the film “Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me.”
DSP founders Nancy Ross and John Ross will stay on as managers.
Four Media provides technical and creative services to the entertainment industry.
