San Juan Capistrano will be represented when Canine Independence holds its annual matriculation ceremony Saturday in Oceanside. The nonprofit organization provides trained assistance dogs for disabled people. The event takes place at 2 p.m. at the CCI’s southwest regional center, 124 Rancho Del Oro Drive in Oceanside.
