Moulton Elementary’s PTA was named a California State PTA Outstanding Honor Unit at a recent convention in Sacramento. Moulton was one of eight PTA groups in the state recognized for the quality of the programs it offers to families and students. The school received numerous accolades for its Read Ahead Program, which provides daily tutoring to first-grade students in danger of falling behind in reading.
