An El Toro Road redevelopment panel considered two plans Tuesday that would dramatically reshape the geography of the corridor’s commercial areas.
Residents, business and property owners and city officials on the panel will help consultants design a 10- to 20-year plan for El Toro Road redevelopment.
Both plans reviewed by the panel are designed to turn the area into a social and commercial city center.
Consultants will bring revised plans to the redevelopment committee’s next meeting Oct. 26.
