Antelope Valley 20, Grossmont 14--Running back Jason Anderson scored two second-half touchdowns and David Newton scored in the first overtime for the Marauders in a Foothill Conference game at Lancaster.
Anderson set up his first touchdown, a 15-yarder, with a 29-yard pass to DaJon Wright. Anderson then scored on a seven-yard run to tie the score, 14-14, with 9:10 left in regulation.
In overtime, Marauder linebackers Mike Kott and Al Walsh each sacked Clint Wolmack, forcing Grossmont (1-2, 0-1) to go four and out.
Newton scored on a seven-yard run up the middle.
Alkire had 81 yards in 15 carries and Newton had 74 yards in 14 carries.
