Man Dies of Wounds From Drive-By Shooting

A 23-year-old man who was wounded in a drive-by shooting Wednesday near Saticoy Street and Oso Avenue died Thursday, police said.
Oscar Gomez Serrano of Winnetka and four others were walking about 8:50 p.m. when a car pulled up and someone inside asked what gang they belonged to. When they said they didn’t, the person in the car began shooting, police said.
A 16-year-old boy who was shot in the leg was in stable condition.
The driver fled west on Saticoy, and no suspects have been identified, police said.
