Senior Concerns Names New Board Leader

A former vice president for Senior Concerns has been elected to a two-year term as chairwoman of the board of directors.
Diane Atkinson of Thousand Oaks has been a member of its all-volunteer board since 1994.
The Thousand Oaks-based nonprofit group operates Meals on Wheels, the Fitzgerald Senior Day Support Center, Ventura County’s Alzheimer’s Day Care Resource Center, the Senior Advocates counseling program and the Bargain Boutique and Thrift Shop.
Atkinson succeeds John Crossan of Westlake Village.
