The Anaheim-based company also plans to offer $150 million of senior subordinated notes, according to the filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. More than 90% of Alliance’s revenue comes from magnetic resonance imaging, or MRI.

The United States conditionally lifted a 3-week-old ban on Brazilian processed beef products after finding no evidence of mad cow disease or its deadly human variation, the Department of Agriculture said. Mad cow disease, also known as bovine spongiform encephalopathy, is believed to have spread from Britain to other countries when the remains of diseased cattle were ground up for use in livestock feed. The U.S. and its trade partners Canada and Mexico on Feb. 2 issued a temporary ban on imports of Brazilian beef products amid concerns that its cattle might have come into contact with cattle from Europe.
