* I read that the Justice Department has finally found James T. Riady guilty of “knowingly and willfully conspir[ing] and agree[ing] to defraud the United States” (Jan. 12). But what the article didn’t mention was that President Clinton and the DNC were just as guilty in accepting these donations.
I wonder how much impetus this money gave to Clinton’s reelection? It looks as if crime pays--after all, Clinton won. I wonder how many other illegal donations were made to the Clintons/Democrats that are still undetected?
