Better Education for All

The premise of school vouchers appears to be better education for those who ask for it. Isn’t it profoundly more logical to provide better education for all? After-school programs that offer additional help for those who need it or more challenging work for those who are bored would go a long way toward tailoring public education for individual students without spending public money on private schools.
