Aetna Life, Regus Lease Space in 21st Century Plaza

Aetna Life Insurance Co. and Regus Business Center Corp. have leased 100,000 square feet of office space in 21st Century Plaza, 6303 Owensmouth Ave., Woodland Hills.
Aetna’s health care division will occupy the eighth and ninth floors and Regus the 10th and 11th floors of the new building. The aggregate value of both leases is $25 million.
21st Century Plaza is owned by Tishman Warner Center Venture LLC.
Aetna was represented by CLW Real Estate Services Group and Rick Pearson of Cressa Partners. Regus was represented by CB Richard Ellis.
