2 Angel of Death Lawsuits Dropped

Two civil lawsuits for wrongful death against alleged “Angel of Death” respiratory therapist Efren Saldivar have been dropped, according to Saldivar’s attorney, Terry Goldberg.
Goldberg said in a news conference at his Canoga Park office that suits brought by the estates of two patients who died at Glendale Adventist Medical Center--Elio Heriberto and Armenoulal Tatulian--were dismissed on agreement by their attorneys.
Saldivar remains in Los Angeles County Jail pending disposition of six murder charges against him in connection with other patients he allegedly killed with deadly doses of medicine in 1996 and 1997. Goldberg said four civil suits remain.
