Deal of the Week: Savings at the Savoy

The luxury Savoy Group is cutting room rates by nearly half at its four London hotels for stays through Sept. 8. The hotels are the Savoy, the Berkeley, Claridge’s and the Connaught. Rooms start at about $280 per night, double, compared with published rates starting at $542 this time of year. (Rooms are priced in British pounds; the rate in dollars varies with the exchange rate.) Through Dec. 31, connecting rooms at Claridge’s and the Savoy, designed especially for families, start at about $470. Both deals are subject to availability.
