A house fire was sparked by the electrical system and fed by gasoline from cars in the garage, a city fire spokesman said Wednesday.
The fire at 15514 W. Aqua Verde Drive was reported at 11:28 a.m. and was put out by noon, said Bob Collis of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
No injuries were reported, he said, but the blaze caused $200,000 in damage to the garage and attic.
