Real Estate Group to Give Forecast

The Orange County chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management will present its annual economic forecast luncheon from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 9 at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Irvine.
Speakers will include Rocky Tarantello, a principal at Newport Beach-based Real Estate Research Corp., and J.R. Wetzel, a partner at PGP Partners in Newport Beach, who will discuss the effect of the local and national economy on real estate.
Cost is $40 for members and $50 for non-members before Jan. 7, $10 more afterward. For registration and information call (714) 832-8500.
