USA Networks Chief Financial Officer Michael Sileck is leaving to take the same position at TMP Worldwide Inc., parent of online job site Monster.com. He will be replaced by Executive Vice President Dara Khosrowshahi.
Sileck, 41, will replace TMP Worldwide’s acting finance chief, Bob O’Connell. New York-based USA Networks is selling its entertainment business to Vivendi Universal. The company didn’t say whether Sileck’s departure is related to the Vivendi purchase.
Khosrowshahi was president of USA Networks Interactive, which includes Ticketmaster and Hotel Reservations Network Inc. In his new role, he will oversee the finances of Vivendi Universal Entertainment, the combination of USA’s entertainment business and Vivendi’s Universal Studios, USA Networks said. Paris-based Vivendi is Europe’s largest media company.
