Bassist Ray Brown Services on Tuesday

Funeral services for jazz bassist Ray Brown, who died July 2 at the age of 75, will be held Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the Ray Brown Music Scholarship Fund, c/o David L. Abell, 8162 Beverly Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90048.
