* ICN Pharmaceuticals Inc.’s credit-rating outlook was cut to negative by Standard & Poor’s, which cited falling sales after the drug maker said second-quarter earnings were at least 50% less than forecast.
* AOL Time Warner Inc.’s Warner Music Group said David Mount, the 59-year-old chief executive of its WEA Inc. unit, will retire at the end of the year. Mount’s successor will be named later.
* Creative Computer Applications Inc. said earnings more than tripled to $118,369, or 4 cents a share, in its fiscal third quarter, from $33,225, or 1 cent, a year ago. The Calabasas-based provider of health-care information systems said sales for the quarter ended May 31 soared 94% to $2.1 billion.
