Police Search for Driver Who Killed Pedestrian

Police are searching for a driver they say struck a pedestrian and dragged him 150 feet to his death early Sunday morning.
Police say Juan Carlos Castillo Gutierrez, 21, was struck by a black vehicle about 2 a.m. on 16th Street between Pine and Pacific avenues. He died at the scene.
Police believe the same driver plowed into a parked car Sunday morning on Chestnut Avenue.
