Man Killed When Car Overturns on Freeway

A 23-year-old Simi Valley man died early Monday when his car flipped over as he exited the Ronald Reagan Freeway.
Jose Servantes was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said.
The cause of the accident, which occurred on the 1st Street off-ramp about 4 a.m., is under investigation, a California Highway Patrol spokesman said.
