Icarus Sells Westwood’s Crest Theater
Icarus has sold the Art Deco-style landmark Crest Theater in Westwood to ReelCinema in a $3.2-million deal.
ReelCinema is an independent theater operator committed to preserving single-screen theaters in the United States, said Marty Shelton of NAI Capital Commercial, which represented the buyer of the 465-seat cinema at 1262 Westwood Blvd. ReelCinema is owned by Robert Bucksbaum.
Brad Stone of Stone Co. represented Icarus in the sale.
