Taiwan will donate $50,000 toward an exhibit of the airplane that shuttled Ronald Reagan around the world during his presidency, the Reagan Presidential Foundation has announced.
The Air Force One Pavilion is to open in mid-2004 at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library near Simi Valley.
Reagan took the exhibit’s Boeing 707 to the People’s Republic of China but never to Taiwan, a library archivist said.
