Mudslide Floods Road, Blocks Aqueduct

Heavy rain triggered a mudslide Thursday morning that blocked the Los Angeles Aqueduct and flooded a nearby highway in Central California, causing at least two tractor-trailers to jackknife.
No injuries were reported, and the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power said the city’s drinking water would not be affected.
