On Broadway: Kathy Brier, the understudy for Marissa Jaret Winokur in “Hairspray,” will replace the Tony-winning actress in the Broadway musical hit on Aug. 12. Brier is best known for her role as Marcie Walsh on the ABC soap “One Life to Live.”
