State Panel OKs Funds to Revamp Harbor

Funds for the final phase of a Crescent City Harbor improvement project have been approved by the California Boating and Waterways Commission.
The board voted Thursday to release $740,000 for construction costs to rehabilitate the harbor’s ramps and deck, build a restroom that meets Americans with Disabilities Act standards, and construct a new fish-cleaning building.
