2 Guilty in Drug Case, Money Laundering

A Willits couple pleaded guilty to federal money-laundering charges in connection with several thousand marijuana plants found on their land.
Anthony Sasso and Belle Sasso pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge William Alsup and will be sentenced Dec. 2, according to Assistant U.S. Atty. Matthew Jacobs. The couple agreed to forfeit ownership interest in their properties.
