** Notre Dame (5-6) at Syracuse (5-6), 10 a.m., Channel 7: In the bizarre math of the BCS, USC fans will be pulling for Notre Dame, just in case it matters. LINE: Notre Dame by 2 1/2.
** Army (0-12) vs. Navy (7-4), 1 p.m., Channel 2: Watching America’s Classic might make you wince this year, with Army poised for a winless season. LINE: Navy by 22 1/2.
**** Oregon State (7-4) at No. 2 USC (10-1), 1:30 p.m., Channel 7, KMPC 1540, KWKW 1330 (Spanish), KSPA 1510: There’s more at stake for USC today than any game since gosh-knows-when. The national championship game is close enough to taste the Sugar. LINE: USC by 21.
**** No. 3 Louisiana State (11-1) vs. No. 5 Georgia (10-2), Southeastern Conference championship, 5 p.m., Channel 2: If No. 2 USC and No. 3 LSU win, let the speculating -- and cries of “No fair!” -- begin. LINE: LSU by 3.
**** No. 1 Oklahoma (12-0) vs. No. 13 Kansas State (10-3), Big 12 championship, 5 p.m., Channel 7, XTRA 690: The Sooners probably will play for the national championship even if they lose, taking a bit of the edge off this game. LINE: Oklahoma by 14.
** No. 18 Boise State (11-1) at Hawaii (8-4), 8:30 p.m., ESPN2: If you can stand any more football after a day of drama, take a peek at top-25 team Boise State and quarterback Ryan Dinwiddie. LINE: Boise State by 10.
