UCLA (4-4) at USC (3-5), 2 p.m., Sports Arena, KIIS (850) -- This is the first time the cross-town rivals have opened Pacific 10 Conference play against each other since the 1990-91 season. The Bruins should find the Trojans in a cantankerous mood after consecutive losses to No. 13 Colorado and Notre Dame. UCLA is coming off a home victory over Fresno State. The return of Bruin freshman forward Noelle Quinn, who has sat out the last three games because of a stress fracture in her right foot, will be a game-time decision. Last season the teams split two games, each winning at home, but USC has won four of the last five meetings.
