Victim of Rest Home Fire in Critical Condition

An elderly woman remained in critical condition Tuesday from burns she suffered in a fire that killed two men at a Torrance board-and-care home.
Emma Fine was among three residents who were rescued or escaped Sunday night from the Anchor Guest Home, where investigators believe a space heater sparked the blaze.
Fine suffered second- and third-degree burns over 20% of her body, said Senior Fire Inspector Mike Freige.
