‘Public Art’ Kicks Off Special Series at Library

E.P. Foster Library and the city’s speakers bureau will present Ventura-related programs on the third Wednesday of each month.
“Public Art -- Current Projects and Trends” will be the first presentation at noon Wednesday at the library, 651 E. Main St.
