Cancer expert: A doctor’s title was incorrect in Monday’s Health article about the cognitive effects of chemotherapy. Dr. Ian Tannock was identified as chairman of medical oncology at Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto; he is a professor of medical oncology at Princess Margaret Hospital and a professor of medicine and medical biophysics at the University of Toronto.
