Sharing Rome with the family

I, like filmmaker Federico Fellini, love Rome. After 20 visits I too feel at home there. Some visits were only overnight because, when flying Alitalia from the U.S., Rome is one of the first stops in Europe. Other longer visits were to show off and share the city with sons, daughters and grandchildren. And others simply because I cannot stay away from that fabulous, enchanting city. To Susan Spano, for her lovely article [“Fellini’s Rome,” Nov. 9], I want to say, “Grazie, Susan.”
