Scab Nabbed With Slabs

A temporary driver for Albertsons was arrested for allegedly selling meat from a truck downtown. Your Oct. 23 story states that he was booked for embezzlement, grand theft and burglary. I’m no prosecutor, but shouldn’t the driver also be charged with chop-lifting?
