Trailer Park Rent Hikes Will Be Limited

Supervisors voted to limit rent increases at mobile home parks, where they say high rents squeeze many residents who live on modest incomes.
The action grew out of complaints from El Granada park residents, most of whom pay $813 a month after an 8.7% increase last month.
