Blast Near Hotel Kills at Least Four, Injures 14

A blast that ripped through a roadside tea stall near a hotel in the city of Quetta killed at least four people and wounded 14 today, police said.
“The numbers of casualties could be high, as injured are being brought to hospitals,” senior Quetta police official Zahid Afaq said.
Quetta is the capital of Baluchistan province, where autonomy-seeking militants are battling the government for greater control of gas resources.
