Northrop Grumman Corp. gave President Wesley Bush the additional title of chief operating officer and named James Palmer as chief financial officer.
Palmer, who replaces Bush in the role of finance chief, most recently served as CFO of auto-parts maker Visteon Corp., Century City-based Northrop said.
Bush, 45, now holds the same two titles that current Chief Executive Ronald Sugar held before his own promotion to head of the company in 2003, cementing Bush’s role as the likely eventual successor to Sugar.
