Stage and television actor John Rubinstein will play the Wizard and Adam Wylie (Zach in “Picket Fences” and Jack in the recent Broadway revival of “Into the Woods”) plays Boq, the love-struck -- and unusually tall -- Munchkin. Joe Mantello is directing.
