Mike Bellotti, who stopped the USC-Oregon game cold for 15 minutes in November in order to appeal an already reversed call, is one of two coaches on a committee that seeks to speed up college football games? I don’t suppose he supported a measure to outlaw appeals of appeals of appeals?
