Mobster, 97, gets house arrest

A 97-year-old mobster whose life of crime dates to the days of Lucky Luciano and Bugsy Siegel, was sentenced in Fort Lauderdale to six months’ house arrest on federal racketeering charges.
Albert “The Old Man” Facchiano was also sentenced to 18 months of probation.
He pleaded guilty in February to racketeering conspiracy and witness tampering.
