Two men were fatally stabbed and a third seriously injured early Monday at a Homeland residence.
A Riverside County sheriff’s investigator said there were several witnesses to the stabbings but would not disclose possible motives in the attack.
“We’re looking for a suspect or suspects,” said Investigator Juan Zamora. “We have some leads. And we are following those leads.”
All three were stabbed multiple times, Zamora said.
Brice Negron Moreno, 21, of Perris was pronounced dead at Menifee Valley Medical Center in Sun City. Miguel Angel Salas, 18, of Homeland died at the Riverside County Regional Medical Center early Monday.
Authorities declined to release the name of the surviving victim, who was in serious condition at a local hospital. Homeland is a town of 3,700 residents east of Perris.
