DreamWorks shares are sold

DreamWorks Animation SKG Inc. said Microsoft Corp. co-founder Paul Allen sold about 2.4 million shares of the Glendale studio’s common stock for about $75 million.
Allen’s DW Investment II Inc. sold the stock for $31.06 a share, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
