Marine sanctuary: An article in some editions of the California section Oct. 3 about a proposal to develop a liquefied natural gas terminal off the coast of Ventura County incorrectly stated that it would be within a marine sanctuary. The Clearwater Port terminal would be outside the boundaries of the Channel Islands Marine Sanctuary.
