Former Beatle Paul McCartney and his estranged wife, Heather Mills, will take their acrimonious divorce battle back to court next February, a court source said Friday, after attempts to reach a private settlement this week failed.
British media have speculated that McCartney could have to part with between $40 million and $140 million of his fortune in a final settlement. The couple have a 3-year-old daughter.
