Harold Perrineau, who was part of the cast of castaways on “Lost,” has listed a house in West Hollywood at $2.695 million.
The Spanish contemporary compound retains features of its 1920s character including a Juliette balcony, beamed ceilings, arched windows and a curved staircase.
The walled-and-gated lot includes a detached loft-style guesthouse with one bedroom and one bathroom for a total of four bedrooms, four bathrooms and 2,800 square feet of living space.
Formal living and dining rooms, a family room, a renovated kitchen and a den/office are among interior spaces in the two-story house. There’s a fireplace in the living room. French doors open to a backyard patio and a swimming pool and spa.
Since “Lost,” the 51-year-old actor has had roles in the series “Blade” (2011), “Sons of Anarchy” (2012) and “Wedding Band” (2012-13). He is in the NBC series “Constantine,” which is winding down. Perrineau played Linx in the “Matrix” films.
He bought the property in 2006 for $2.05 million, public records show.
Brian Mazurkiewicz of John Aaroe Group is the listing agent.
