Drummer Jack Irons, a founding member of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, has listed his place in Malibu for sale at $1.975 million.
The country farmhouse with wrap-around porch sits on 5 acres with ocean and mountain views. More than 3,000 square feet of living space includes an entry, dining and living rooms, a den, an office/art studio, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master suite features a fireplace and an ocean-view deck.
There’s a larger sound/recording studio on the home’s second level. The grounds include flower gardens and fruit trees.
Irons, 52, has also played with Pearl Jam, Eleven and the Wallflowers.
He bought the property in 2001 for $849,000.
