NBA veteran Kenyon Martin prices Woodland Hills home at $1.85 million

Former L.A. Clippers forward Kenyon Martin, currently of the Milwaukee Bucks, has put his home in Woodland Hills on the market at $1.85 million.

The Mediterranean-style home, built in 2006, sits on more than half an acre in the Walnut Acres neighborhood and includes a 5,600-square-foot main residence, a detached guest house, a large entertainer’s patio and a pool.

Soft interiors replete in travertine flooring feature large formal spaces, a family room with a wet bar, a center-island kitchen, four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The guesthouse adds two additional bedroom en-suites, a kitchen and a living room.

The landscaped grounds contain expanses of grass, an outdoor kitchen and a custom pool and spa with a waterfall feature. A large fountain marks the entrance of the home.

Martin bought the home in 2007 for $1.85 million, records show. The power forward also has a 15,000-square-foot estate in Dalworthington Gardens, Texas, on the market at $5 million.

The former No. 1 overall draft pick, now in his 15th season, joined the Bucks last month, playing under two 10-day contracts before signing for the rest of the season. He previously played for the Nets, Nuggets and Knicks as well as the Clippers, and also for the Xinjiang Flying Tigers of the Chinese Basketball Assn.
