Cue the whirling alien whistles and flashlights: Los Angeles is hosting an “X-Files” art show. We’ve got a sneak peek at the perfectly titled “Conspiracies, Monsters and Mythology” and a bunch of the art you can view at the I Am 8-bit gallery.
True to the title, the show presents artworks that harken “X-Files” mythology, capture the adorable ‘90s tech glory days and celebrate the “X-Files” legacy, including plenty of profiles of Cigarette Smoking Man. There’s also an adult coloring book available, which is all the rage lately.
According to the press release, more than 30 artists have contributed to this show. The exhibit will be open on Feb. 4-14 at the I Am 8-Bit gallery, at 2147 Sunset Blvd.
