Lindsay Lohan’s probation is revoked. What happens next?

In light of recent misdemeanor charges, Lindsay Lohan is once again looking at the possibility of jail time.
In a seemingly endless string of troubles, the actress’ probation stemming from a 2011 jewelry theft case has been revoked -- after the “Liz & Dick” star was slapped with three misdemeanor counts from a June traffic accident.
Lohan’s longtime counsel Shawn Holley appeared in Los Angeles on Lohan’s behalf on Wednesday, where an updated court date of Jan. 15 was given to decide her fate.

If the judge indeed finds Lohan in violation of probation, she could face up to 245 days in the slammer.
Among the charges from the wreck are lying to police and driving recklessly. The truck driver involved in the June collision claimed Lohan was driving at the time of impact but switched seats prior to police arrival.
The probation mess comes on the heels of a ruckus caused at a Manhattan nightclub in late November, one that had a club-going woman claim Lohan struck her in the face.
