Competitors include Suzanne Somers, Rumer Willis, Willow Sheilds, Patti LaBelle and football player Michael Sam, Robert Herjavec, Charlotte McKinney and Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin. 8 p.m. ABC
The Fosters In this new episode, Callie (Maia Mitchell) confronts demons from her past, while Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) worries about the future of Ana’s (Alexandra Barreto) baby. Sherri Saum and Teri Polo also star. 8 and 10 p.m. Family
Mike & Molly Molly (Melissa McCarthy) is looking for material for her second book, and Peggy (Rondi Reed) has intriguing stories to share, but only if Molly will perform chores for her in this new episode. 8:30 p.m. CBS
Jane the Virgin Writers’ block hits Jane (Gina Rodriguez) in this new episode, and it may have something to do with her communication problems with Rafael (Justin Baldoni). Jane Seymour guest stars in this new episode. 9 p.m. KTLA
The Following Ryan, Mike and Max (Kevin Bacon, Shawn Ashmore, Jessica Stroup) are out for revenge in this new episode. Hunter Parrish, Ruth Kearney and Anna Wood guest star. 9 p.m. Fox

Chasing Life April (Italia Ricci) considers whether professional success is worth compromising her values after the newspaper’s new editor in chief pits her against Danny (Abhi Sinha) to land the next big scoop. 9 p.m. Family
