Rookie Blue In this new episode of the police drama — directed by Gregory Smith, who plays Officer Epstein — siblings Gail and Steve Peck (Charlotte Sullivan, Adam MacDonald) hunt the drive-by shooter who targeted a baseball game. Ben Bass and Missy Peregrym also star. 10 p.m. ABC
